My work is for those who have faced loss, rupture or transition and are ready to step into a new relationship with life. Together, we turn pain into passage — and passage into renewal. This is not about forgetting, “moving on”, or fixing yourself. It’s about reinvesting in life, slowly and consciously, through the body, the story, and the present moment.

A 3-month journey to restore the movement of life within you.
We explore your personal timeline, identify where the flow stopped, and work to release the emotional weight held in your body and history.
You will experience:
- Emotional relief and renewed clarity
- A deeper connection to your body and present moment
- A personalized ritual marking your rebirth into life
- A sense of inner peace and possibility
Ideal if you feel you’re functioning, but not truly living.
Transcend Your Lineage — 6 Months
16 sessions of 90 mins each
A 6-month deep immersion that reconnects your story, your ancestry, and your body.
We uncover the patterns, griefs and loyalties that no longer serve you — and create new pathways for vitality to emerge.
Includes:
- Transgenerational mapping and emotional lineage work
- Healing of inherited trauma and “frozen griefs”
- Symbolic and body-based emotional release sessions
- A closing ritual for transformation and renewal
- Ongoing support between sessions (audio messages, journaling feedback)
