Terms & Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Dania Balohé Lacourrège, self-employed therapist registered in France, hereafter the provider.
Booking a session or program implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Nature of services

The services offered relate to personal development and emotional wellbeing.
They are not medical or psychotherapeutic in nature and do not replace medical or psychological treatment.

3. Services offered

  • Single sessions (1h or 1h30)
  • 3-month Journey – Rebirth to Self (8 sessions)
  • 6-month Journey – Transcending the Lineage (16 sessions)

Sessions take place in person (France) or online (Zoom).

4. Rates & payments

All prices are in euros and VAT-exempt (Article 293 B of the French Tax Code).

Payment is made via bank transfer or secure link.
The first payment confirms participation.

5. Withdrawal right

According to French law, the 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to services already begun with the client’s consent.
By booking, the client acknowledges and waives this right.

6. Cancellation & rescheduling

Sessions can be canceled or postponed up to 48 hours in advance.
After this delay, the session is due in full, except in cases of force majeure.
If the provider must cancel, the session will be rescheduled.

7. Delay or absence

Late arrivals reduce session duration without affecting the price.
Unnotified absences are considered as completed sessions.

8. Commitment & confidentiality

Both parties engage in a relationship of mutual respect and confidentiality.
All information shared is strictly private and will not be disclosed unless required by law.

9. No guarantee of results

The provider commits to professionalism and presence, but outcomes depend on the client’s own process.
No specific result is guaranteed.

10. Liability

Clients remain fully responsible for their physical and psychological health and should continue any ongoing medical care.
The provider cannot be held liable for the client’s personal choices or early termination of the process.

11. Intellectual property

All materials (texts, exercises, rituals, etc.) remain the property of the author.
Any reproduction or use beyond personal purposes is prohibited.

12. Disputes

Any dispute will first seek an amicable resolution.
If necessary, French consumer mediation applies (CNPM Médiation Consommation).

13. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
Jurisdiction: courts of Tours, France.
