FAQ

Why Choose Me?

8 years of teaching experience

My background in education allows me to adapt to my audience and to bring clarity, structure, and genuine pedagogy to my work.

Grief Specialist

Trained in current grief theory and its evolving understanding, I recognize outdated practices in grief accompaniment and help bring them into a more humane, living framework.

Transgenerational Approach

My training in transgenerational analysis deepens and enriches my understanding of grief and the ways it is carried across generations.

Supporting the Language of Grief, Transition, and Aliveness

accueil-jaccompagne-deuil

In care, social, or funeral settings, death and loss are ever-present — yet rarely spoken of.
And yet, learning to welcome the words of grief is a profoundly human act: it restores dignity, connection, and the quiet pulse of life where silence often isolates.
I offer training and awareness programs for professionals in healthcare, social work, and funeral care, to help them understand grief processes and develop a living, embodied posture of presence and listening.

Who these trainings are for

Funeral professionals, care home and hospice staff, healthcare workers, psychologists, therapists, life coaches, midwives, senior residences, social workers, and associations supporting bereavement or end-of-life care.

Areas of Intervention

Deepening the understanding of grief theory and the practice of compassionate presence.

These trainings provide both conceptual and embodied tools to accompany individuals through loss, trauma, or life transitions.

Examples of modules:

Understanding grief theory and the diversity of grieving processes

Listening to the bereaved: posture, boundaries, and ethical presence

Supporting perinatal grief

Recognizing the legitimacy of animal loss and attachment

Navigating transitional grief: career change, separation, chronic illness

Anticipatory grief: when loss begins before it happens

My Approach as a Facilitator

As an Aliveness Therapist and Death Doula, my work bridges therapeutic depth with symbolic and experiential learning.
I transmit not only knowledge, but a living posture — a way of being with loss that allows presence, sensitivity, and meaning to return.

Each training is designed as a space of experience: to learn, to feel, and to integrate.

FAQ — Trainings and Workshops

1. Who are these trainings for?

These programs are designed for professionals in healthcare, social work, and funeral care, as well as therapists, psychologists, coaches, social workers, midwives, and others who accompany people through loss or transition.
They can also be adapted for institutions, associations, or teams wishing to open space for dialogue around grief, death, or life transitions.

2. Do I need prior experience in grief support?

No.
Some trainings are introductory, others more advanced.
Each session is tailored to the group’s level and field of practice — whether medical, social, or therapeutic.

3. What is the difference between a training and an awareness workshop?

Trainings (1 to 3 days) allow for deeper integration: grief theory, case reflection, posture, and symbolic or ritual tools.
Awareness workshops (2 to 4 hours) provide a gentle introduction: shared reflection, key insights, and collective discussion.

4. In what formats do you offer your programs?

Trainings can take place:
In person — within your organization or in Tours, France
Online (Zoom) — interactive and suitable for dispersed teams
As conferences — for professional events, institutions, or study days

5. How many participants per session?

Group sizes are intentionally limited to ensure quality and depth of exchange:
Trainings: 8–15 participants
Workshops: up to 25 participants
Conferences: according to venue and format

6. Can the content be customized?

Yes.
Each intervention is adapted to your needs, audience, and goals.
A short preliminary meeting (in person or online) helps define the duration, focus, and approach that best fit your context.

7. Do participants receive a certificate?

Yes.
Each participant receives a personalized certificate of attendance at the end of the training.
Both Happy End and Ensemble Formation are Qualiopi-accredited.
All trainings I deliver through these organizations are certified programs.
