Single sessions are ideal if you need to be heard, to clarify something, or to release emotion in a safe space.
They provide presence and relief when something needs to move.
Longer programs (3 or 6 months) offer a deeper and continuous process, helping you understand, transform, and re-symbolize your story.

2. How can I know if this approach is right for me?

We can schedule a free 30-minute discovery call.
It’s a gentle way to get to know each other, discuss your needs, and see if my way of working resonates with you — with no commitment afterward.

3. Are sessions online or in person?

Both options are available.
In person at my office in Tours : for those who seek physical presence, the grounding of a tangible space.
Online (via Zoom) : for those living elsewhere, or who feel more at ease within the comfort of their own space.

4. Do I need to have done therapy before?

Not at all.
Some people come for their very first therapeutic experience, others after having walked different paths.
I meet you where you are — no prerequisite needed.

5. Can I start if my grief is very recent?

Yes, with gentleness and care.
When the loss is recent, the work focuses on presence, grounding, and allowing what is.
Healing begins not by doing, but by being with what hurts — safely, and at your pace.

It’s an integrative and humanistic approach — where body, story, and symbol meet.

7. Are your services covered by insurance?

No, they are not part of the medical field and are not reimbursed.
 Flexible payment plans are available for longer journeys.

8. What if I need to cancel a session?

You can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours in advance.
After that, the session is due (except in emergencies).
This keeps the therapeutic frame respectful and steady.

9. What if I experience strong emotions during the process?

That’s perfectly natural.
Emotions are not a sign of instability — they are the body’s way of healing.
I hold space with care so that you can feel safely and release without fear.

10. I’m unsure which program to choose. What should I do?

We can talk about it together during your discovery call.
