Reclaiming Life after Grief or Trauma.
Aliveness Therapist • Death Doula • Transgenerational Analyst
You may be walking through grief, trauma, or a deep life transition.
Perhaps something in you has stopped — as if life itself has gone silent for a while.
Here begins another passage: a return to Vivance — to the pulse, the breath, and the quiet strength of the living.

My mission
What I Support
Death does not only happen when a person leaves.
It also appears through separations, illness, identity loss, or sudden change.
These moments call for a deep listening — of the body, the lineage, and the story that longs to be transformed.
I accompany people through:
Grief and bereavement (recent or long-standing)
Traumatic experiences and emotional shocks
Major life transitions (loss, illness, relationship endings, existential shifts)
Transgenerational healing and family patterns
Why me ?
My Approach — The Path of Aliveness
Aliveness means reconnecting with the living force within you — the movement that continues even after pain, rupture or loss.
It is the gentle yet powerful act of saying yes to life again.
My work is meant for those who wish to:
- move from survival to presence after trauma or loss,
- reconnect with their body, breath and emotions,
- rediscover joy, purpose, and their natural rhythm of being.
Death, endings and transitions are not the end of the story —
they are thresholds, and each threshold is a call to life.

My method
My Framework and Practices
My therapeutic space is a meeting with yourself —
a place of safety, compassion, and authenticity.
Every session is a living encounter — a step toward symbolizing, feeling, releasing, and choosing life again.
I combine several complementary approaches:
Transgenerational analysis
To uncover what is being carried or repeated across generations.
Grief therapy
Where symbolic work opens the way to emotional release.
Body-based awareness
because the body remembers everything
Personalized rituals
to give form to transformation and closure.

About
Dania Balohé Lacourrège
Therapist of Aliveness – Death doula – Transgenerational Analyst
In my work as an English teacher, I accompanied minds more than beings.
As a therapist, I now bring calm to both hearts and minds.
My personal and professional journey has led me to explore life’s great passages — death, loss, and trauma — not as endings, but as movements of transformation.
My role is to help you rediscover your own breath, re-symbolize your story, and gently return to life.
I’m booking my discovery call — a gentle space to begin. If you are ready to meet life again — in all its tenderness and depth —
I will walk with you, at your pace.
The passage begins the moment you stop running from what calls to be felt.
